Christmas 2009

This Christmas season has been busy one for HVBC.
Several Sunday School classes had parties and the Co-ed III class had its annuel Banquet. The church collected Shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child and sent a group on December 4th to help with packing at the wherehouse. The Awana Club particiapated in the Hemet Valley Christmas Parade with a float decorated with a manger scene on the 5th.. The Eyes that C Puppet Team performed "The First Christmas" for the Awana children on the 16th.. The HVBC CHOIR performed City of Light for the congregation on December 21, 2009. The Music and Message were a blessing. The Church had a short Christmas Eve Candle Light Service with the Christmas Scripture read and music sung to worhsip our Lord Jesus. We observed the Lord's Supper on Sunday December 27th, with a special time of contemplation and prayer to welcome in the new year. We thank the Lord for all His blessings in 2009 and are in prayer for what He would have us do in the 2010 year. God Bless all who visit us Online and in person.
