Senior Pastor, Dr. Dale R. Garland - Pastor Dale is a graduate of Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. He has pastored in California for nearly 25 years. He longs to lead, encourage and strengthen Christian men and women as they reach new levels in their relationship with Jesus Christ.He and his wife Susan have 3 children. The family currently resides in Fontana but will re-locate to Hemet this Summer.

Associate Pastor, Cliff Anderson - Cliff is a Hemet native and a charter member of Hemet Valley Baptist. He has a passion for making music Worshipful whether the music is traditional or contemporary. He began leading worship at HVBC nearly 17 years ago as a volunteer and came on staff in 2008. Cliff and his wife Lynne have 4 children and they reside in Hemet.

Akila Brummett - Akila is the newest staff member at Hemet Valley Baptist. She is attending California Baptist University and is serving as an Intern at HVBC with a focus on Sunday School, Discipleship, and Women's Ministries. Akila strives to make Christ her first priority and desires to see others, particularly young women, set their priorities according to the word of God. Akila resides in Riverside.

She served as the church's receptionist from 1991 to 1992 then felt the Lord calling her back to a staff position as Church Secretary in 2008. Her desire is to help build house-holds of faith by reaching women and children with the Gospel & other tools to help them in that endevor. Melody, her husband Eugene and their 3 children reside in Hemet.
