It is best to supply news at least 10-14 days in advance so site visitors will have an opportunity to view it.

If you have a last minute change (like a cancelled meeting) we will post that immediately in the scrolling "news flash" on the home page.

It is important that you include ALL the details (who, what, when, where) and your contact details in case we have questions. The name, email address or phone you submit below will appear in the published content unless you supply different information in the body of the content below.

If you have photos, please upload only the best 2 or 3. Each photo must be less than 500k in size. Please contact the HVBC Webservant if you have questions.
